Who are we?

We are uMarketingSuite, the marketing toolbox for Umbraco! We started building the uMarketingSuite back in 2019 and we have a dedicated team working on it. Our suite is at that point in time that it's working really good, so that’s why we are looking for a sales hero to spread the word and bring some uMarketingSuite magic to every Umbraco website!

Qualifications

The most important qualification is your personality: who you are, what values ​​and attitude you have and how you interact with and behave towards other people.

You have the right stuff if you:

• Have a friendly personality
• Are a team player
• Are structured and dedicated to your tasks 
• Suggest solutions, rather than seeing problems
• Feel comfortable taking charge and responsibility for your own tasks  
• Are fluent in English - oral and written
• Feel confident in giving stunning demos

Additionally, you are our ideal candidate if you:

• Speak Dutch as well (our company language is Dutch most of the time)
• Are naturally curious for new digital innovations and want to learn
• Have a good technical understanding; web.config, cloud and cookies are familiar to you
• Are outgoing and enjoy establishing relationships
• Value being part of a team where feedback and sharing ideas are a natural way of supporting each other

The Role

You will be the first uMarketingSuite Sales person out there! If this feels like the perfect opportunity to bring uMarketingSuite further as a product than you're the right person to join our stunning team!

It’s your primary job to convince agencies and end clients of the benefits of the uMarketingSuite. We have the materials and the story, but you should take that to a next level. You will also do demonstrations to potential clients. We have a demo environment in place, and as we state as an USP; you need no developer to use the uMarketingSuite. We already have a salesdeck in place, our documentation website is live and in ongoing development and we even have our own YouTube channel with lots of tutorials.

Communication with our customers is done through phone, email, online meetings, webinars and will over time include face-to-face meetings. After the initial contact, you will update and register work and process in our CRM. 

You have to be a bit technical - but don’t worry we will get you up to speed on what you need to know.

Conversations will be about:

• Informing about the USP’s of uMarketingSuite
• Demoing the uMarketingSuite within the Umbraco CMS
• Signing up trials
• Troubleshooting trial-users and partners
• Inspiring and encouraging trial-users to build live websites
• Inform partners when new releases of uMarketingSuite are launched or new features are planned

Your work may also involve:

• Supporting in technical sales
• Attending relevant conferences for demoing uMarketingSuite
• Visit partners for live demonstrations
• Become a partner manager for existing partners
• Suggest improvements or ideas in the process of increasing the usage of the uMarketingSuite
